1997. It was a giveaway poster for the launch of the C5. The back side should have a red coupe as well. I used to have at least 20 of them but they were were tossed by my mother at some point in the last 24 years so I recently bought a new one from the museum.

Edit: I guess I should have remembered what the post said....he's giving it away. Maybe I should have spoken for it before I went shopping. It was only $3.99 anyway and I bought some other things too so it wasn't a total waste.
