You will get a lot of different answers to your question.
On my last two C5s, I ran the Hankook Ventus V12 EVO tires and was very pleased with them. Handled very well, very low road noise and the price was certainly affordable.
I’m sure others will post up what their favorite tires are too.
Welcome to the forum! There are lots of different opinions on this topic.
I personally like the Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. VERY sticky and handle my 500 RWHP, but they're still decent in the rain. They are a Summer tire though, so you don't want to drive on then if the temp is below 40. There is a lot of debate between all season (AS) tires and Summer tires. Some also swear by runflats. Others prefer a non runflat tire.
I run Bridgestone s-04pole position tire currently on my new wheels. Love them so far. I’ll drive them all year if I have to except for snow. Bought from tire rack. Tire sizes are 305 30 19 rear, 275 35 18 front.
Stock ride height, FYI
Sort of depends on what your usage and priorities are.
First question is run flats or non-run flats. I use run flats because I do a lot of road trips (or used to, before Covid) in places where a flat would be really inconvenient. I have been using Michelin Pilot Sport AS ZP, which are good tires, but expensive.
Others prefer different solutions, such as carry a inflator and plug kit, or relying on AAA or equivalent.

I carry a small electric tire inflator that plugs into the cigarette lighter, with a can of fix a flat. I also have towing on my insurance. I’ve never had to use either one of them.
Continental DWS06, all season so you can drive below 40 degrees. They offer discounts multiple times a year if you go to their website. Unfortunately not this month. And they typically rate high on Tire Rack and Consumers Reports.
