Besides the starter wires on the passenger side and ground wire on the driver side what other wires would I have to worry about coming in contact with headers. I just installed some TPS headers yesterday zip tied some wires out the way but when I start it immediately has a thin cloud of smoke coming from the passenger side. The smoke doesn’t smell like coolant and it also doesn’t smell like plastic I know my valve covers and oil pan is leaking. So I was going to start there
I just completed header install on my 2003. The starter wires, O2 sensor wires for front and rear O2 sensors and there is a wire that goes to a sensor on oil pan. I'm not sure if it is a temp or level sensor but I was careful to make sure it was on the motor side of the dipstick tube away from header tubes. If you have an oil leak that is running down the dipstick tube that may be your problem as it is very close to the headers
It is normal for headers to smoke on first startup.
You should be able to see with a flashlight every square inch of header tubing to make sure nothing is touching.
I'm thinking you are just a bit paranoid on your initial startup which I can understand. Look over everything thoroughly with a flashlight and a mirror. More than likely you are fine and good to go.

oh and btw Z06s don't take a specific header.
I don’t even have a Z06 i thought I removed that but okay I’ll make sure just don’t want any fires

Mr. Black is correct. All headers stink somewhat the first time they get hot. I remember the old days, before stainless steel headers became popular. Mild steel tubing, which would rust without painting. But they came painted with a cheap, not hi temp paint that had to be burned off before painting. P-U!!! They really stunk until that paint burned off... ..
