Hey Guys, I’m replacing my t-56 transmission in my 99 FRC. Im going to also replace the clutch while I’m close to it. Anything else that should definitely be replaced?

I haven't been through this (yet) but when I do, I plan on replacing the torque tube bearings and couplers. Probably a good idea while you are in there.
Rear diff seals for sure. They're probably leaking.
Torque tube is a good idea too since you're in there for the clutch.
AND DEFINITELY DO A REMOTE SLAVE BLEEDER. Thank me later for that one.

This is good advice. I did this exactly almost 10 years ago. In my case, I went with an LS7 clutch and fly wheel... it makes the clutch feel a little heavier than the stock L6 clutch and flywheel but I felt the longevity in exchange was worth it. The torque tube has couplers that should get replaced. Oh wait, there is one other thing to add... I had new transmission mounts put in.
