Has anyone used SHINE ARMOR? I see it advertised on Facebook lately. Video looks good but before I use it I would like to get opinions from people that have used it.
Seen a few comparison videos for coatings and it always finishes toward the bottom of the list. No first hand experience.
I used an Adams Ceramic product on my car and I've been really happy with it. Still beads water two years later and I haven't done a reapplication because I'm lazy and I hate detailing. lol
The use of car polishes/protectors is what you believe is the best. I have tried many of the advertised and hyped ones and never seen mulch of the difference then what I have used on cars for the past 20 years, both in shine and longevity. It is a personal thing. JMHO.
I just got some, haven’t tried it on the Z06 yet but did a panel on my very dirty 95’ LWB Range Rover. It seems like it will make a good quick detailer, the shine is really good doesn’t seem to co we swirl marks and light scratches as well as they imply. I think I’ll like it overall.
I didn’t even wash the rear panel just sprayed it on.
those are light reflections and reflections off the ground not scratches.
It is total garbage. Literally, there are a LOT of more durable products that provide better protection for a FRACTION of the cost, and they are all available at your local Walmart.

Signed, a detailer.
Yeah I only thought it would be good for quick wipe downs on the race car while at the track, which I think it will be good for.

It will be okay for just that, but it is wayyyyyyyyy too expensive for that task. It will work, but a sub-$10 bottle of dedicated waterless wash or detail spray from any popular manufacturer will do the same job and save you a ton of money. I use a potent waterless wash for track wipe downs and for removing bugs and such from the car when arriving at car shows. It is a concentrate, and gives me a gallon of product for about $15.
When your bottle runs out, give us a shout in the Car Care Discussion and we will hook you up with MUCH better options for your money!
Thanks I will I always say a shiny race car just feels faster, I got teased at that track when I wasn’t racing once for giving it a two step polish with my Flex polisher between instructing.

Hey, a lower drag coefficient is a plus. I say make it slick!
