Oh, I did finally pull the codes. I got:
1225 RF excessive wheel speed variation
1247 Brake pressure differential switch activated
My "service traction control/service ABS" lights are gone. I cleared the codes and all seems well. But, not sure what triggered the 1247 code?
When I unplugged and removed my F55 shocks and started the car for the first time I got the ABS light, that was the first time I ever saw that light on my car. Shut the car off restarted it and it was gone. I think you’re likely fine and what someone said about the car being sensitive to electrical changes is probably right.

You were born to suffer....glad you got the problem fixed....now on to the next problem with that damn haunted '99...
I guess I am too heavy footed for the skip shift. I very rarely see it come on. If it does, I just give it a little gas and it goes away. It doesn't bother me at all and I have the kit in the glove compartment. Not enough hassle to install the dog gone thing....

Not a hassle at all. It took me two minutes to install after the car's rear end was jacked up.
I just purchased a 2003 50th anniversary addition manual coupe. I read much about the shift skip so I went ahead and ordered the overide. Now that I've had the car a week, I'm wondering what all the hoopla is about....I have only seen the shift skip kick in once, I was driving in a downtown 25mph area, taking off from a light. No big deal, I likely would have skipped a couple gears anyway. I don't really drive with a particularly heavy foot either. I have the part coming, but probably won't waste my time installing it.
The cagis skip shift, can be set-up in the tune making it free. It's also very simple to do. I have a post in the scan and tune section and can be accomplished with HP tuners.
