Back when I had my C3 I ordered a fair amount of parts from them. You just don't want to be ordering single pieces. Wait till you have numerous items to save on shipping. Never had a problem with any of it but others may disagree. Wait for more to reply before you forming an opinion.

You can usually find anything they sell for significantly less, shop around

That's generally true. But if OP wants to know if everything goes smoothly, all I can say is I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

Because of one bad experience with Ecklers, I will only use them if I cannot find the item at another vendor/supplier.

They do seem to be expensive for some parts over other vendors, but I have not had any problems purchasing from them going all the way back to the late '70s.

Others have reported some problems - you might want to see if there are any reviews, especially current ones, in the Transactions Feedback section.

I tried ordering a C5 key blank from them and after weeks of telling me "It will be shipping soon", I finally cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Now, I will say this was smack in the middle of 2020 so COVID didn't help matters I assume. Like previous posters have stated, Ecklers tends to be on the pricier side therefore they are not someone I go to first or second, or third...

I've ordered a few things from them. I've never really had service issues with them. As many have said, they are expensive. I ordered a replacement sun visor. They said they were exactly like the OEM visor. When I got it, it was clear that it did not match the OEM visors, and would be mismatched if I replaced just one. I ended up ordering a matching one for the other side. Between the prices and that, I don't order from them anymore. However, if they have something you want that you can't find at another reputable place, you shouldn't have any issues doing business with them.

I have bought some things from them. They usually have what I needed in stock, but their prices are high and shipping is on the expensive side. I just looked at a Z05 sticker that was around $12, but the shipping was the same amount.

Although the business changes when Ralph Eckler sold, I’ve been buying from Ecklers for more than 30 years.

Like any business, they have the occasional fumble, but good pricing, selection and customer service 99% of the time.

I have used them many times over the years for Corvette and Camaro parts with zero issues.

If you look in the transactions forum - where complaints as well as compliments are - you'll find several complaints regarding the excessive shipping charges...

I agree. They are usually the most expensive of the online corvette suppliers.
