The RPO code sheet on the glove box door lists my car with Twilight Sentinel T82. Going through DIC options does not display it. It should be listed and I should have the option to turn it on and off.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Yup. Car is new to me and been reading that most C5 owners don’t use TS as they worry about headlight motors and gears. Maybe it was programmed out but wired as it can be toggled on and off as an option.
Thanks.

I would like to find out why my Twilight Sentinel is missing in DIC.
Any one with any experience with this, your thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks.
It could be that your glove box door is not the original one and therefore the RPO sticker is for a different car. What do you have; coupe, vert, Z06?
Good observation.
Do you have the original or a copy (can be obtained from the Corvette Museum) of the build sheet? If you do, then the twilight sentinel should be listed under the Preferred Equipping Group. If it is not listened, you do not have.
The RPO on the glove box door has my VIN# listed. It is the glove box for my car! It lists T82 (twilight sentinel and 1SB (preferred equipment group) everybody.
Please see my original and subsequent posts.
Thanks.

It could be the car has had a new BCM installed at some point, and the tech simply overlooked it, knowing most owners keep it turned off. However, if that's the case, it wasn't his choice to make. It should have had all the RPOs originally installed, according to the VIN#, downloaded and installed if the BCM was replaced. Just my 2 cents......

I think you are right. So it could be programmed back in if the OP wants it.
I would like to have this feature but would keep it turned off except for the occasional longer road trip. How would I go about getting it back? Is it hard to reprogram and would there be a risk of screwing something up? Costly to reprogram?
Thanks.
