Simple exhaust question
C5 noob here. Owned it for about a month now.
just one quick question. My car has the corsa extreme catback, if I get a set of long tube headers will I need an x pipe too or will the LTH hook up to the corsa x pipe that came with the catback. Or is that a different x pipe? Just curious.
and if I don’t need to order an x pipe with the headers. If the extensions are designed for factory exhaust. Would the extensions on the new headers even mate with the corsa x pipe properly ?

Welcome to the forum. Congrats on your Vette. Typically when you buy headers, they come with an x-pipe. The headers may or may not work with the Corsa x-pipe that you already have. However, if they don't they'll certainly work with the x-pipe that comes with the headers. Regardless of what x-pipe you end up with, it should connect just fine with the rest of the Corsa catback exhaust. Post up some pics of your car. We'd love to see it.

haha you’re funny. Yes thank you I love the color. Interior is red and black mixed as well. Couldn’t pass it up.
