It would depend on the spoke shape and barrel design, not just the width and offset to know if the wheels would clear. Even then, without overlaying both 2D drawings you couldn't be certain unless you did a test fit. Simply saying yes or no given a width and offset and no specific wheel name is a pure guess.
With that said, our EC-7 Corvette wheels do clear the C6Z brakes front and rear on a C5 in both 18x10" ET58 and 18x11" ET57.
