Hi - new to the site, although I have been reading a bunch for several days! There is a lot of information here, a lot.
I am picking up a 2000 coupe tomorrow, it is fairly heavily modified and most of the modifications I am very please with, but there are these lemans or flush headlights installed that are pretty bad. I am wondering if anyone knows what brand they may be so I can start determining what I need to do to potentially replace other lemans type or even pop-ups. Not really noticable in this head on shot is the significant bulge.
Those are the regular DEPO lights. Nothing special. Readily available on eBay, if you want another set. I don't think they make lenses separately, and they're sealed with black RTV (at least the set I had was).
Replacing with popups will be costly - they typically go for $5-600 per side, but you can get lucky and snag a deal occasionally. That was the first thing I did to my car: get it the right lights.

Welcome to the forum.
WOW, fast results, this place is great! I am not sure I am a fan of these lights, they had a bunch of moisture build-up the day I looked at the car and like I stated and as you know, they sport a large bulge. This will be my first Corvette, so I will be learning a lot...thanks for the information.
From what I see in the lemans light thread, there are not many better looking options. I do like the idea of the clear fixed lens but would want a more flush mount. Seems like the Titan Lightz never made it and the Radioflyer units are not around anymore.
Radio Flyer is now Sharp Light Innovations - still around, but also still very expensive.
There are also Breathless Performance flush lights, but that's what my car had when I first got it and the output was terrible, so I don't recommend them.
I went to the DEPO lights after, which were a huge improvement, but I hated the look. Then I found a set of flip ups and ran them for about 2 years, and now just installed the KnightDrive headlights. I love 'em. I've had like a headlight lifespan...
When I got it:
Then:
Found a set of black flip ups:
Took me awhile to find someone willing to paint match them, but eventually did:
Welocome to the forum! Congrats on your new Vette. If you want a flush mount headlight, the SLCs are the best out there. George has phenomenal customer service. They're worth every penny. I went with his ACA style headlights as I wanted to keep the flip up lights. What other mods does the car have?

Thanks for the welcome - Don't have the originals anymore so it is either find some or go with SLC I guess. I like the look of the flush mount though, so I think it will be SLC. Other mods, well I don't know everything for sure, but it has a bit of engine work done, heads, intake, injectors, coilovers and bars, 3 piece wheels and Wilwood front calipers. 6 speed car. That is what I know right now. I am picking it up today, so I will be investigating over the coming days.

I was able to convert mine to HID. Much better, but not perfect since the housings are not designed for them.
I went with the final option Stingroo settled on. The “sleepy eye” kit from Knight Drive. Still waiting on them to arrive so I don’t have any pics yet. I’ve never been a fan of the Lemans style. They just look out of place on the front of the car. I’d be on the look out for someone parting out a car. Should be able to snag the pop up assemblies fairly cheap.
