Default interior side-by-side, old vs. new

found this old interior pic of my '00 -- took it in '03 (yes, that is a non-smart, flip phone in the change holder .. state of the art back then).
Thought this was amusing. I did, by the way, order a new steering wheel from apsis, flat top/bottom, etc .etc. it's the one piece that still sticks out as very cheezy in the interior.

Definitely looking great! You're going to love the new wheel. Mine actually made a bit difference in the driving experience. It will finish off the look as well. Congrats on everything that you've done to the car. You've really made it something special.

Wow, I never though the stock interior was as bad as most make it out to be. Now that I've seen this........guess I'll be adding more to the mod list when I finally get my hands on a C5.

You were right the first time... I like my "old" interior.

Yeah, I was exaggerating a bit. I still don't think it looks bad. Still, OPs upgrades do look very good.

Keep in mind the "before" pic is vintage, when the car was less than 3 years old. The interior by the time I changed it ... still in good shape for a 21 year old car, but showing its age.

I prefer the look of the old seats, and not a fan of red stitching.....but, hey, people like different things. There is no right or wrong.

it's a slippery slope, once you start hard to stop until everything is matching, and it's hard on the wallet.
The one good thing though about the c5 interior is that it's pretty easy to take apart. :-)

yup, night and day. amazing how easy it is to really bring the quality of the c5 interior up. Lewis's interior is nice too. little too flashy for me, but still love it :-)
