I haven't found any information in my searches. What are the options for factory size tires with matching tread and brand for a C5 Z06? Getting my car back from paint shop and found out I can't find the factory tires anywhere online.

Reason: Left out the Z06 part
Oops, thought I was adding the post under Z06. It's a Z06.
Trust America's Tire says I'm shopping in a locale where their store are called Discount Tire and they don't show factory size tires for the Z06.
Our apologies for the website not showing the information you were looking for. It looks like the C5 Z06 came factory with 265/40R17 in front and 295/35R18 in the back. Our data shows the original tires were Goodyear eagles. We would be happy to help further, pm on the way!
@c5arlen Thank you for your business and trust in us!
Abandon using websites' searches for Z-06 tires. These search engines don't look for alternatives to factory sizes. Instead, search for various sizes that are close to factory. This is how I found my tires years ago...Nitto NT-05 in 275 and 295.

Best of luck!
Or...... do as I did, go with a wheel/tire package (18" wheels all around), stock size in the back and 265 / 35-18 up front, thus maintaining stock diameters
I'm running Continental Extreme Contacts on my 03Z, but had to go up to a 275/40 in front. You could also go down to a 255. I couldn't find any 265's when I was looking. I got them from onlinetires.com and had them in 2 days.

This, there are a million threads on the subject. I went with 255's myself
GM was the culprit of choosing Goodyear... Must be the answer for the odd sizing...
Michelin had to set GM straight on the correct sizing... for the sake of Corvette owners, thanx Michelin.
