On sylvanias website it says with the 4157 zevo has a lifetime warranty and that the car may require load resistors to prevent hyperflashing. Mine hyperflashes but isn't a problem one bulb does have an intermittent or cuts out when blinker on headlights off but functions good with headlights on. So with the hyperflash relay harness that plugs in directly to the headlight switch draws the current as if it were reading standard bulbs from all areas and prevent hyperflash and wouldnt need 2 resistors for each bulb? Would require 12 load resistors to correct each led light and a hacked original harness if im not mistaken? If only the corvetteforum had a thread delete button to completely erase certain threads would be nice as ls1tech does have this feature.
You removed load resistors from your halo led tails and got hyperflash hazards in the rear, right?
I removed the resistors and have normal blinkers with a hyperflash harness. I have fast hazzards (all around) because they go through the dash switch. I have come to like the fast hazzards - can't miss them and they are rarely (if ever) used.

I tried removing the load resistors on halos many moons ago. I had/have a hyperflash harness and even with that, they do not operate correctly without their load resistors. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Odd - mine work fine without the resistors. Maybe something was different with the harness you used or the LED friendly flasher they used had an issue, or you had some other electrical issue. Looks like you did that in 2007. Did you ever have any other electrical issues like an ignition switch or turn signal switch that needed repair - just curious?
I would never add load resistors - especially with the cheap trailer scotch-locks most of them include that just compromise the insulation and usually cut some of the wire.

I agree on hazards. I only used mine when turn signals hyperflash!! Usually return to normal operation after.......
To be clear I left the resistors mounted to the lights for future use - I just clipped and sealed off a wire on each one. Since they are wired in parallel between the positive and negative it is the same result as removing them.
