Default Looking for a part


Looking for this rubber piece located in the front of the c5 (2002). Anyone know what its called and where i might be able to find it? Sorry for my inexperience in advance. Thanks.

Are you referring to the rubber "spring cushion"?

I could be wrong, but if that's the part he/she wants, aren't they bonded to the spring??

I think you're right. Although, even if it isn't, replacing it would require removing and reinstalling the leaf spring.

Oh well...I guess you'll just have to toss out your leaf springs and get coil overs instead.

Seeing as how they're selling the isolator separately, it probably does come off with enough effort

Hmm, that might be the move on this. Any recommendations on a good set? I'd like to keep close to stock ride height because of the roads in my area and some that won't have me eating ramen for 2 months

Those are bonded to the spring, yes. Unfortunately not available separately.

You could get a C6 front spring that swaps in, too. The rears do not, FYI.
