Just got these for $400
Does anyone have any pictures of OEM c6 z06 spyder wheels on a c5?
The wheels are 19x12 and 18x9.5 with a +40mm in the front and +59mm in the back
Please only reply with pictures of oem c6 wheels on a c5, I do not want pictures of reproduction c6 wheels with c5 fitment (the reproduction meant to fit like oem c5 wheels)
The unfortunate part about C6/C7 widebody wheels is that they're too narrow for a 2" C5 fender, so they still won't fit right without a 1" adapter. They poke 1" with stock fenders and are sunken in 1" with the typical widebody fenders.

This is true, that's why I said "typical" widebody fenders. 90% of buyers go with the 2" option. 1-1.25" is a lot more practical for wheel availability...but after all the nightmare stories of the past, and the recently repeated nightmare stories, originating from the only company that produces those panels and the only vendor that sells them, I wouldn't touch them with a 10 ft pole.
They will poke - I fit up some C6 Z06 rears and they poke and rub - and the poke will be worse with spacers - I'm going to have to abandon them....
That's also because you had 345/30/19s mounted on them. 325/30/19 would reduce the rubbing all around. If you still need a spacer you get them off of the tub, some extra negative camber will help the track performance you were looking for and help get them a little more under the fender. A 305 would be more ideal, but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying a 12" wheel for track purposes.
