Default stock floormarts rear compartment panels

What brand are the original floormats? I got some from an o2 that have a performance choice tag. Is this gms original or are these reproduction floor mats? How much do they usually sell for. I was given the trunk panels for purchasing the air bag and heat shield. They say pewter but has anyone had experience or know if jet black carpet dye or marker would work and actually dye these black to match the stock jet black interior. My car is missing the trunk compartment panels. The middle compartment was cutout for subs is there a way to repair it so its solid. Home depot or lowes has aluminum square 1/8" 1" wide ruler size sheet metal that would add structure support as well as maybe some black carpet upholstery from annas linens or walmart could be glued or stamped around just cut out around the locking latches. Has anyone messed with this stuff before and found matching color style carpeting and from where? Would anyone happen to know what that smaller panel in the photos is for it looks similar to bcm floorboard cover but doesnt have the latches. It appears some black frabric would work stapled but what would be a good material to repair the subholes. The corvete salvage yard wants 160$ the other wants 225$ for the 3 jetblack compartment panels.

On my '04 Vert, the ORIGINAL front driver's/passengers original floor mats have no ID tag, logo or brand name. They have a part number PP1-7H32-L-1. What you are displaying some appears to be aftermarket.

Performance Choice floor mats are from Mid-Amercia Motorsports. Not sure who the supplier for OEM is but I doubt it is Mid-America.

Has anyone had experience with dye or fabric dye say if i were to dye the rear compartment covers. The floor mats can stay gray they add contrast. The dark pewter compartment panels i was seeing if they could be dyed to match the rest of the jet black interior. VHT Vinyl Dye Vinyl & Fabric Coating Black Satin Aerosol 11 OZ SP942 (eastwood.com)

Those sure look like aftermarket floor mats. Factory GM originals did not have the crossflags stitched into them. The shape is different also compared to the originals.

You have pictures of yours? I like the crossflag logos curious what stock mats look like. Whats a good price for them if i were to sell them. Really clean but not perfect. I got some cheap autozone xr racing rubber mats in the car currently looking to get rid of that cheap ****. I was looking at autozone steering wheel covers for 10$ does anyone use these and do they make the car harder to handle steering wise as that stuff would add extra material. My stock steering wheel is in good shape but i like to look of the hand contoured design drip steering wheel covers. Whats the correct size for these cars or should i simply tape measure them.

In my opinion the stock factory floormats are very cheap looking and not made very well. I really like the looks of the ones you have and actually want to get a set like that. I was looking into the Lloyd's mats which are very nice but not cheap. Not really sure what yours would be worth and don't want to give you a lowball price

I think they look nice as well. Ebay has them for 40$-50$ a different brand floor mat with corvette writing in jetblack or even the logo. Not sure if its the thick plush carpet. I think these are in great shape and cover the full area of the floor. As far as trunk panels go they mistmatch a little but the corvette salvage yards wanted 190$ shipped and another 225$+shipping for the 3 jetblack compartment panels. The guy i was getting the air bag from for 70$ with a stock heatshield and some faded sunvisors for 100$ wanted 20$ for the floormats and said i could have whatever trunk panels he had just that the rear middle one had subs and was damaged. Im going to attempt to repair it with some home depot 1/4" board and maybe black carpet stapled around. That way the trunk area is flat. Im not sure if anyones had experience with carpet dye that can match the jet black interior on the rear compartment panels. As far as the airbag the cheapest i seen on ebay was 70$ plus shipping i think ill have to remove the dash to access the hvac blend doors if i cant figure out how to from under the dash. You can see the drivers side with the lower dash cover removed but the passenger blend door is next to the airbag. Hopefully this summer i can install the air bag and new actuators. 99-04 are the same air bags according to the salvage yard but im not sure if there is a way to set it off just trying to install or remove it. Myairbags.com can reset the sdm for 50$ to get rid of the "deployment commanded" and "circuit malfunction codes" so it wont need a new one with gm dealer reprogramming. Not sure if you have to reset. The steering air bag is replaced it looks with those codes present so i dont think itll set it off simply unplugging and plugging in a new airbag unless the steering air bag has been unplugged.

I see where the problem is here it was raining today and just running up to big lots for an online order i had placed yesterday would leave the floormats either muddly or dirty eventually enough to have to do a carpet cleaning vs jetblack floormats or the rubber xr racing mats. Heres what i did have theyre are real nice corvette floormats but will absorb stuff. Hard to say use the tan floor mats the passenger side looks great just the idea of muddy shoes upsets me.
