I ran 315/30/18s for years, and they have a slightly smaller diameter than what you're thinking about. A lot depends on the brand. Not all brands nominal sizes have the same actual diameter, i.e., brand "G" 275/35/18s may be a bit smaller, or larger, than brand "M" tires are. My Michelin PS2 tires were 25.44 diameter, and I never had any problem. If I had to guess, I'd say you're OK, but no guarantees. Why not change to a different brand?
