Hey everyone !
I have a 98 C5 convertible ... I currently have the basic 3-dial hvac unit.
Its not working properly anymore... the dials sorta just keep turning.
I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if the other model hvac will work in a swap ... I'd like to put in the model that has the digital temperature reading and the driver/passenger dials.
Will that model work in my car ?

Would be great if it were as easy as just swapping the dual zone unit for the base one, but unfortunately I think it is a lot more complicated than that. I do not recall seeing a thread where such a swap has been tried. If it is just the ***** that are the problem, hopefully you can find a replacement set and solve the problem.

Do you or anyone know of a source to purchase just the 3 *****? I am diligently searching and coming up with nothing so far. Plenty of replacements for the 2 **** controls. TIA.
