Has anyone tried or know if the Apex SM10 18 x 11 et38 wheels will fit over the stock brake calipers on 2004 Z06 and if so would they stick way out past the fender? Any feedback appreciated
Did you try emailing Apex directly already? I asked them for some advice once on 18 fitment and they got back to me fairly quick.
Their fitment guide was updated recently and seems very in depth vs last time I was on their site:
I scrolled down and looked and they're recommending ET57 for front fitment of 18x11 and -2.5 degree for front camber. Maybe you can ask them for pic examples?

18x11" ET38 is the incorrect wheel for a C5, it's meant for a widebody C6/C7 and would stick out roughly 1" past the fender lip on a C5. The 18x11" ET57 is the correct wheel and needs a touch of camber as noted above for ideal fitment. All of these wheels have no issues clearing the stock calipers.
