Anyone have any experience with the NoviStretch front bumper mask sold by RPI Designs? I’m planning to take my’02 Z06 on a few road trips and I’d like to keep the front as “squashed bug” free as I can. Specifically wondering about paint abrasion, had a regular vinyl “bra” on an RX7 many years ago and the fluttering at speed wore the paint in several spots. The NoviStretch seems to be a lighter weight and may not be as affected by turbulence as was the heavy vinyl. Your thoughts appreciated!
I don't know about the novistretch, but I've used the standard GM issued bra for years .. very tight, doesn't flap around at all, and I've taken it on trips from NY to maine, and ny to FLA.
The novistretch looks too flimsy to me to protect against highway rocks and pebbles
I've used and still use the novistreatch one on my car. I only use it for short, local cruises. I use a leather one for long state to state type runs. It will not protect against larger rocks but will help with smaller ones. It will also help with bugs.
I run a Novistretch during Love Bug swarms in Florida. It does a good job, is washable and pretty easy to install and remove. No paint abrasion and works well. It won’t stop a rock but it does help to protect against road grime and bugs.

I agree with posts 4 & 5 - it just a good cover for bug splatters and easy to put on/take off/keep clean. It can get damaged with larger rock hits. Ran one on my C7 for a while - no paint abrasion. Did run a GM bra on my C5s and they provided great protection and did not damage the paint.
