Finally got a full set of c7 z06 wheels on the c5 corvette. I had some c5 z06 wheels with alot of bolt design. The only thing i can think of is a 284p wing and window tint. Theres some exterior flaws mainly the front bumper. I have a black wolf bra i had bought from a forum member but still havent gotten around to putting it on. The oe replica wheels are +56mm offset vs the c5 z06 bolted wheels with +58mm offset so they stick out 2mm more.
Those wheels are certainly an improvement on the mismatched set that you had. If I were you, the next thing I would do is get rid of the frog eye headlights. However, it's your car, so if you like 'em, screw what I think.
Yeah i had looked into headlights when i first got the car i thought stock would be cheap its 400$+ for each stock headlamp on ebay which is way expensive. They function good and i read they were lighter then the stock assemblies.
Thanks i purchased some lexani 207 uhp 245/40/18s for the front 90$ each from walmart and used the old bridgestone potenza 295/35/18s on the rear 18x10.5" wheels. The original 5 spoke wheels had needed new front tires so just went this route as i had extra cash and the c5 z06 wheels had too many bolts. Would look good on a darker colored car i think.
Only problem is i wish they maybe did them in gloss black like some other vendors do vs satin black.
Quick tip, get the car in good daylight with the sun at your back for better pictures. These are all in the shade and hard to tell what is going on or to pick out much detail on the wheels.
Nice thanks they are satin black i sometimes wish they were gloss black as floridaspeedshop offers them in gloss black. Heres some close ups of the wheels. The back needs to be lowered 1" or as much as they can be lowered on the stock bolts. The front fender gap is 2 fingers the rears are 4-5 finger gap 1" drop will make them 3 fingers. Theres no way for the rear tires to sink hard unless 800hp up into the fender sides tearing them off. There is about 1" up in the fender well for the tires to tuck up into im curious if lowering will also change the wheels angled inward at the top?
