Welcome to the forum! There are a lot of options for replacement seats. There is not an adapter that I am aware of, but there are options that you allow you to retain the stock tracks. However, not all seats will fit in the C5, and fewer will allow you to keep the stock track. The most common options if you want to keep the power functions would be to upgrade to the stock seats out of a C6 or a C7. A few have even used C8 seats if you can find them. These will sometimes require that you swap out your seatbelt from the C5 belt to the C6 belt. Another option is to keep the stock seat frames that you have, but have an upholstery shop make custom seats. I believe that some of the Caravaggio seats can also use the stock rails. Good luck!
Thank You,
I'm new to the Corvette, love it so far and I'm very impressed with the Corvette community.
the Caravaggio seats are out of my budget, Thanks again for your suggestion on the C6/C7
seats. I think that's where I start looking.CaravaggioCaravaggioaravaggio
You will find this is a great forum. You'll find some very knowledgeable people, as well as average owners who may not do a lot of wrenching, but have a lot of experiences with Corvettes, and vendors. Nothing is perfect, but you'll have a hard time finding a better forum that supports discussions on Corvettes than this one is. Welcome.......
