So, to try & keep this short & simple, I ordered some Lug Nut Caps for my Vette and it's been over a month now..they still haven't even shipped them yet. I just now finally replied to them, hopefully they can explain what's going on.

Haven’t ordered from them in probably a year but have used them many times in the past with no issues. The supply disruption issues may be what you are experiencing, but that is no excuse for not keeping you informed on the status of your order.

Never had a problem with them in the past. Some parts vendors will actually have a notice on the page when placing the order that it is backordered at this time............some.
Eckler's is hit or miss now. When ol man Eckler's onwed
the company they delt only in Corvettes. Now they deal in
many brands of cars. They are a big corporation. If I order
and the order stalls , I will find the part elsewhere and cancel
the Ecklers order. I live in Florida and pickup at the warehouse.

Never again! They keep items on their website that are no longer available and take your money. Then give you a BS story about how busy and short staffed they are when you ask for your refund. They told me it would take about a month to get my refund processed, after them taking a week or 2 to notify me the part was discontinued and no longer available.
I had to file a CC dispute. Got my money back in a few days that route.
I even checked back on their website months later (just out of curiosity) and the item was still on there.

This was the end of last year, but they said they had just implemented a new computer system and it had not been sorted out yet. Nice people on the phone, but unacceptable results.
