i think the front flows great, but the rears need some help. do not flow at all and need some more material to get it to flow with the body better. my baseline for how a widebody kit should look like is the vielside fd rx7. that thing is gorgeous and flows so well together.
Marrying Millennials with Bosozoku is an interesting choice
The crossover might have a limited appeal but so do backwards baseball hats together with Cosplay so if you throw in Mullets and cargo shorts that may be too much of a stretch. It looks different. I’ll give you that

To be impartial I went back to watch the whole video. I’m even more confused.
Video opens with a rather Florida like Millennial making Dahmer eye gestures at the camera presumably for the car with Cali plates ( I hope it’s the car, and not the guy in it)
Then; there’s the guy driving who is rocking a heavy Dad/Grampa vibe ? Not sure of the connection being made by the videographer
Lastly is the name of the video. Victoria?
Is this why the car is purple? Is one of the people in the video Victoria?
Or is the car a Cougar ?
More questions than answers
Functionality. Let's discuss. The tires don't fit the wheels. The wheels don't fit the car. They also don't look like they'd survive a pothole. Same with the bodywork. Tires kicking out so far to the side and no bodywork to direct spray down means all the paint from the front rocker and door back is going to be butchered quickly. Especially with the giant sized R888 tires. Stance is too low to survive normal driving environments without damaging body parts. The *** is supposed to be hidden. The pipes are pure Alabama mountain boy.
The style has no basis in usage or in car hobby trends / cliques that I have encountered. And I frequent the drift track IYKWIM. So I don't think there is any potential there, no.
Is it me or is the forum being used for click bait?
The original q was “ does this KIT have potential”?
No widebody, just a less than ideal video of a bitched out 5.
Sure seems Youtubers spamming the forum just to boost their #’s
I think if someone owns a Youtube account and posts a link we at the forum should get a piece of that if they are getting paid or at least a disclaimer about payment in the original post
There aren't enough of us here to boost those numbers more than ten cents' worth I wager.
Excellent point though. There are a few good C5 content builders out there. Also a few who prefer to hear themselves talk. I guess that's the same as anywhere.
