Default Possible headliner problems...

Help!!!!
I was looking in the rear window and to my surprise, I could see the "yellow" foam hanging around the side edge of the window! Has anyone else noticed this? There is no trim around the back of the head liner so it looks to drop down on the sides. Am I missing some trim or is this unfinished look normal.
Any feedback would be great.

I had a similar thing on my driver-side window .. you could see the exposed edge of the headliner and the underlying foam. I found that a soft rubber strip that was supposed to hide the edge had gotten folder UNDER the headliner. I was able to find the point where it got tucked under, and gently pull it out and over the edge of the headliner.

Jerry,
I looked and I do not have any rubber trim on the rear window edge. Do you have trim there? If so mine is gone! Ugh!!!

:iagree: Had the exact same thing on my car. The back window is ok though.

I've something similar at the driver's side since day 1, has not gotten any worse. I didn't expect Lexus quality for the interior, so that didn't bug me too much. Certainly says something about Bowling Green quality control. Every time I see that sticker on the driver's door "Built with pride by UAW workers" or some poopie like that, I just have to laugh.

I agree with not looking for Lexus quality; I did buy the Z for the performance. I am a little surprised that such a visible area is done so poorly. I will see if I can use some two sided tape to secure it. I was more concerned there was a trim piece missing.
Thanks for the help!
