Default Finally got a Quickjack

I finally dexided to buy Quickjack. For all you on the fence about getting one. Do it !! I'm kicking myself in the *** for not getting one years ago as this thing is amazing. Goes higher than I envisioned and lifts both my cars effortlessly. Got mine off Amazon over Thanksgiving.

Man that looks convenient! Feels pretty stable up there side to side? Can't imagine how much easier that would make all kinds of maintenance and detailing tasks.

it's very stable. I walked around it pushing on it and it doesn't budge.

That looks like one of the brand new ones that gives you a 24" lift. Bought mine several years ago. You are going to love it. Had my C5 up in the air on three occasions this past spring doing projects. Completely invaluable, best investment I every made in garage equipment.

Yes its the 5000TL and yes you are right, its by far the best tool investment I have ever made. I am ripping every suspension piece off after the holidays so its going to work out great

Sounds like what I did back in 2020, both sub frames, torque tube, transmission and differential. Plus every suspension part, oil pan, a/c compressor, all the brakes, ball joints, tie rod ends, plus a few more parts I am forgetting. She spent 42 day up in the air. Could not be happier.

When I changed the transmission fluid in the 5000 lbs Durango with the ZF transmission, the procedure requires that the engine be running. Just to be 100% safe I placed jack stands under the Quick Jack. No need to get the wife wondering if the life insurance policy premium had been paid 😉

Looks like a great addition to the garage. Going to have to look for a sale this next year and maybe add one of those to help when working on the car.

I liked the looks and convenience of this jack and wanted to purchase. I found it on the Costco website for 1299.99 and free shipping. I wasn't sure of the capacity that I needed for a C5, so I contacted the manufacturer. They assured me that the 5000lb unit was adequate. He said that he would match the price at 1300.00, free shipping, and no tax. It arrived a couple of days ago, can't wait to give it a try!

You will find that a lot of us are able to drop the entire driveline out on a set of these.

Now that’s an endorsement, especially given the prospect of a clutch job.

Dang, I like my QJ, but I'm a little jealous they made a new one that goes even higher lol. Another 5" doesn't seem like much...but in some situations, that's huge. Also, that's what she said.

Love mine too. Got it on sale a year or so ago from Quickjack. I got the 7000lb one so I could lift up my Accord and my fullsize SUV if I wanted. This is the first lock position on mine that I use for tire and brake swaps before going to the track. When I first got the car, I did sway bar endlinks and diff oil change with jack stands and it sucked to set up. I'm looking forward to jobs like that now with the Quick Jack.

When purchased, you will receive 3 boxes. Box one and two each contain the side rails. The third box has the pump, hoses, fittings , remote control, and instruction booklet. I suggest you give your significant other a hint that this would make a great Christmas present under the tree!
