Their still in business alright, I get their emails, and I made 4 purchases this year, but it takes forever for them to return an email answer. They keep telling that their swapped with orders, but if you don't return an email, how do you keep new orders in from being canceled ? people have a right to converse with you company ??? I don't understand the little email responses ???

I do, and call me a Grinch, I don't care. Obviously, RPI doesn't, either.

It's RPI Designs LLC (deigns probably won't bring it up)
I looked at their Facebook page, the website is down. If you really want to deal with them, there are some contacts on this Facebook page. Be cautious

I had a response from “RPI Don” through PM on this forum yesterday

my guess is they are Swamped

...and myself running a slightly successful small business i understand

...the more successful the product

...the harder it is to keep up!

I'm sure they are Swamped, when they do send me a email, it gets through. I think my problem is no way to talk someone in charge, I have 4 item charges on mt CC but without any response from RPI it's hard to understand where my orders are ? But I'm still hoping they get it together, and give me a real answer for my questions. I just want to be a good customer !

Haven't dealt with RPI Designs for several year, but back then it was hard to get someone on the phone. I always called early and had better success.

FWIW, I just sent them another email to follow up on an order, and I got an email bounce back.

Just saw this thread AFTER I ordered replacement seat foam (want to redo my driver's seat and be ready for the spring) from RPI Designs. I think I ordered the foam on Tuesday (3 Jan 23), maybe Monday (2 Jan 23). I saw on the site that they were doing some changes to their web-server. Thought it was a bit funny that I didn't get a confirmation email (which I usually get when ordering stuff from Amazon or other websites), but I didn't think too much of it until reading the thread and then started to wonder if I was going to have an issue.

Today (5 Jan), the package showed up and everything looks real good. Exactly what I ordered. I only paid for regular shipping, but it certainly got here quickly.

They are in business. They have always been very hard to get a response from. It also takes a long time to get anything that you order. If you don't care about how long it takes, you will get your order eventually. FYI, I think PFYC is also under the RPI umbrella.

Well it's been 15 days now and I've called them 2 times, but of course they don't answer the phone, I got an email reply 3 weeks ago which said they had refunded an order, ( but since I have 2 CC and it isn't showing a refund on either ) I'm at a loss to whom they refuned anything and I'm getting frustrated, 5 emails & what does it take to get an answer from these peoples attention ? Contact the states office or consumer complaints ? And overall, I feel sort of assaulted, I've owned 7 Corvettes spanning the last 50 years, and as of the last 30, we as Corvette owners are expected to Get Screwed or taken advantage of, and just ignore it. This company, like many others consider us as pray as in hunting, One friend once said to me, "That Corvette is how americans spell PORSCHE ! " Now just recently Corvette mods decided to pail and sold out to top flight automotive, which was a VERY GOOD THING, but why do we have to be on the To Be The Most Abused list ? There are some very good companies out there, and I appreciate them, but you will never get a discount on anything ever, and we're expected to accept the fact that we deserve to be taken advantage of. No return emails, they or most of them refuse to do anything but accept orders and once they have you cash, GONE ! in the wind. This is not the result of Covid, or is this just sloop management, I'm tired of accepting being treated like second class owners. . . Of anything !

Default Well they finally contacted me ?

Well, Tammy from RPI did finally called me and we got things settled. To whit I thank her and I explained that the slow response time doesn't bode well with a customer, and she said their changing to a faster server, Not sure about that, But I'd rather think only good positive things so perhaps this was only a 'blip' in communications and will never happen again. but they did contact me and thing hopefully for any future customer won't have this happen to them.

Perhaps I have less patience lately, but Tammy did call, so I owe her that. But as a Corvette owners, Nothing is cheap, and we have some of the best and worst of suppliers, Look at Vette-Lights, EVEN if it's not about a recent purchase maybe just info, but Cole will always Call you back or Email you. and he has alway done so in less than 3 hours ? Just saying !
