I like the basic kns/dba rotors. Has held up to beginner track and autocross abuse. I have zero concerns about them cracking or anything like that. Sturdy design. Will add simple ducts next spring mainly because I'm cooking my wheel bearings.
With some road course and a little bling, slotted rotors. Drilled rotors still have a poor record on track from cracking. No road course? Slotted and drilled. No bling really needed? Stock front rotors went 50,000 miles and 17 track days on my car. With appropriate pads, plenty of braking authority. Good road course pads will dust a lot.
I am still running stock rotors in rear, Stop Tech slotted and Cryo treated in front. But I do not care about bling. My car still has track dirt and brake dust from track day 19 in the rain at Laguna Seca and I am getting ready for track day 25.
You want Bling. Baer Front Eradispeed Plus [2 piece]12.75".
Baer Rear Eradispeed Plus Two [2piece]14' I put a set of these on in 2007. I don't think you could buy 2 for what i paid for the whole set then. Beautiful rotor if you like bling. still going strong.
Looking at the AC Delco site... black hat professional vs black hat professional SD. SD is double the cost... any rational reason to not just get non SD?

The best but pricey. I got lucky and bought my set used (but low mileage) about 15 or maybe 20 years back. Paid half price of new at the time. I run them with Hawk pads. No issues with either choice.
Remember that your choice of pads is as important (if not more so) than your choice of rotors. For your stated use, I would try a set of Hawk HPS 5.0 pads. They do dust, and make a bit of noise. However, they are still good on the street while still being able to handle the heat when you're on track. As for rotors, I went with the Powerstop Z23 rotors. You might also want to consider a BBK, but you'll likely need larger rims for that.

But they are heavy! Might consider a two piece upgrade down the road.
Slots and drills For Dummies:
I have the blank DBA discs from KNS as well. They're paired with Stoptech Sport Brake pads that I got via TireRack. I'm pleased with them. I did a lot of research on pads and went with the Stoptechs because I've had them on previous cars and liked them. They dust but not as bad as my hub's BMW and they're easy to wipe off/clean. The previous set were about 10 yr old Ebay drilled/slotted rotors and mystery pads that made soooo much noise and vibration through the pedal, after driving through a rain storm with them and the horrible noise they were making, I knew I had to get rid of them.
