c5 no key
i lost the key to my 2002 c5 how do i put it in nuetral without a key it is a 4spd auto thanks

Me? I'd take the console out and disconnect the shifter cable from the shifter.

Go to a chevy dealer with the vin # and you can get one cut or take that info to a key shop. GET 2 OR 3

Bought the key(s) from the Chevy dealer and the two fobs on Amazon.

i did that plus had a lock smith come out and neither worked so the ignition isn't the stock one

I spent 200 on a locksmith it did not work i went to the dealer they charged me 100 and it did not work i dont know what else to do its sat 3 months now overt a lost key

The nice part is Chevy will sell you a key already cut and the right resistor already installed

Take the ignition switch out and have the locksmith change the tumblers to the key cut based off the VIN.

When you say the new keys don't work, do you mean the switch won't turn or it will turn but still can't get neutral?
