Can’t find replacement tires
Looking for new tires for ‘01 ZO6 with staggered sizes: 265 40 ZR17 in front and 295 35 ZR18 in rear. Goodyear Eagle F1’s not available nor much else other than Continental ExtremeContact using 255 45 ZR17 instead for front.
Any suggestions?

You actually answered your own question with the continentals. Stock tire size for the Z06 is pretty much impossible to find. However, it is okay to go up or down a size. The other option would be to buy bigger rims so you can then buy tires to fit. Good luck!

Previously I ran 255/40/17 & 285/35/18. They worked okay, but I ended up deciding I wanted a bigger tire and went 18/19 C6 base wheels with 255/40/18 $ 285/35/19. Added 1/2" more ground clearance...

front 18x9.5 with 275 35 tire
rear 19x10.5 with 305 30 tire
lots more tire options with these rims.
If you want to keep your rims, a 275 40 17 should fit in the front, and a 285, 295, or 305 should fit in the rear
