As our tops age they begin to show signs of wear on or near moving parts, where we grab them with our hands etc causing they to look faded or white. I stumbled on a solution while spraying the fabric trunk floor of my Impala. I took black fabric spray by duplicolor and sprayed in on the soft bristles of a detail brush and massaged it into those areas. Came out pretty sweet.

Black fabric spray works on a number of things. I used it on the hood blanket to make it uniform black again.

I have used it on insulation in my mid engine car too.

Good tip, reminds me that now that the snow has (finally!) melted it's time to use 303 cleaner and 303 protectant on the top.
