power steering boots
My power steering boots have some tears on them.Which ones do you guys use and how to install remove tierod end count number of threads of course and use lube to slide the boot up around correct area and ziptie the edges where the clamps are or do yall generally crimp clamp them?
Which ones are best value quality on a budget and supply zipties or need provide my own?
I seen a youtube video a guy uses a plastic bag over the tie rod end nut removed out of knuckle and uses vasoline to completely slide steering boot over the whole tie rod end with nut removed or will these tear or stretch the small end of the steering boot too much?
