C5 Corvette Exhaust Registry

I have the stock exhaust with the "bypass mod" and aftermarket corsa tips (tbh I don't think the tips make much or any difference, but I'm not an expert)
I kinda get the appeal (not really, but I'll be kind for the people that like it LoUD) it's way too loud for me. I even wear airpods to cancel the noise when I go on longer trips.
Now that I have uprated some other components this is becoming my least favorite aspect of the car. Just starting it in the grocery parking lot makes people turn and look.
I think I'm gonna get the z06 mufflers to replace it, unless there are any better options? I want as quiet as possible but I do a lot of hpde and autocross type driving so prefer high quality that won't melt/blow up/fall off on me.
edit: I want to add, I don't want it so quiet that I can't hear my car on track over the others.. hence, no stock exhaust.

I have a GHL Magnum catback with longtubes and an X-pipe. Loud - lots of compliments on its sound. It's not on the car right now though. Here's a flyby video when the car was relatively stock (pre cam swap):
I had muffler delete pipes on for awhile, too - it was fun, but it was way too much:

And the current setup is with the same longtubes, x-pipe, and a stock (non-bypassed) set of titanium mufflers. I think it sounds more muscular, but up top it SCREAMS:

Vader, you heard my Borla S-type Stingers through Kooks 1 7/8s and Kooks off-road catless x-pipe with lopey cam.
At idle and just backing out of your driveway it set your neighbors car alarm off. And I LOVE it! Especially at WOT it sounds fanfrickintastic. With an M6 you can easily shift your way around the drone zone (which is typically worst at 1700 rpm in 6th).

Corsa Touring/TIgershark Tips, and an X-pipe.
I hated the drone in my C4. When Corsa finally made a cat-back for the L98 cars, I bought it immediately. Worked and looked great.
I did not care for the sound that the new LS firing order put out of the stock exhaust on the C5, so right back to Corsa again.
Just the cat-back at first,. It was better but not good enough. The X-pipe finished off the change.
I love the look of the four tips equally spaced. I got a charge out of it when the C7 came out with the same look.
Corsa does not provide any bracket between the two pairs though, and its difficult to keep them lined up properly, Has anyone worked that one out?

Combination of muffler clamps, hooks, turnbuckle bolts and hangar height keep mine in perfect alignment. There's nothing worse to my eye than seeing crooked muffler tips

I run B&B PRT's on my garage queen (19k miles) 01 convertible which I actually bought new. Sounds great with a bit of burble and screams on full acceleration. I am constantly debating going back to stock because in reality, a stock C5 in today's world is getting mainstream on power. As i get more mature, it seems more and more "boy racer" and a poser when my daily driver BMW (x3 M40) can match its 0-60 while delivering great handling in an SUV package.

Burning Brakes
Muffler options
My stock exhaust had a hanger rust out, so I got a Titanium exhaust from a Z06. Surprisingly quiet , and just right for the neighborhood I live in. Somebody earlier posted that the muffler bypass mod on theTitanium muffler is very loud- I had been considering it until I read that post!

Vader- you're getting a decent list of options above. Just one thing to note...not a single cat-back exhaust available today is going to sound that good (and definitely not unique) without a lopey cam and long tubes. Not ever.
All cat-backs on their own will give you an average at best exhaust note. Some louder than others, some raspier than others, some farm truck more than others etc.. All better than the geriatric boat farts of the OEM but still not great.
It's all in the combo to have a truly great sounding exhaust. Any cat back alone will not get you this.

I have to say I added an X pipe today to my Borla Atak.
I have to say I went in with low expectations as to the difference. I could get it at cost so what the heck.
I have to admit it really improved the sound to a lower smoother sound at ideal. No more clunky rattling sound.
On the road no drone and very quiet just driving.
At WOT it has more of an exotic like sound vs a Chevy.
I would recommend if you choose the Atak do not skip the X pipe. The extra cost is worth the more refund sound. I am sure Borla designed it to be used together from the start.
