I'm in Florence. About an hour inland from Myrtle Beach. Looking at a map, I'm a good bit east of where you're talking about.

Most of our rides are west of Asheville NC

I have mine mounted in the front license plate area and it looks horrible IMO
I’d like to go back towards the radiator with a fan. Only problem is now I’m stuffing a intercooler in as well.

I think a fan operated one is my best bet maybe behind the brake duct
