My headers are 1 3/4" but I don't think it makes a difference in appearance. I was told to go with this size rather than 1 7/8ths to preserve low end torque on a stock engine.
LG makes two types of headers for the c5. A cheap set to meet price point of other low-cost headers, i.e., under $1000. The superpros are the expensive ones, I think around $1700.
Maybe you have the inexpensive ones?? Mine dynoed @340 hp at rear wheels which is considered quite good.
Those are the only two pics I have.

Yes, my tubes look a lot longer than those. And the sensor bungs are much further back in the system. Beginning to think yours are not the superpros. I have had mine on for a couple of years. Wish I had put them on back in 2004!!

You can see my collector is very close to the verticle section compared to the street series.
Ok so i found this picture which looks just like mine on their website. Either they changed design or you have 1 3/4 or the street series.

Yes, their customer service is very hit and miss. When I couldn't get someone on the phone I just drove down there (one hour) and made my deal. Its an impressive huge facility full of sure enough race cars!! I remember they put extensions on the wires for the sensors as they are back so far, but I got the system with the highflow cats. I don't think the sensors do anything other than to tell the computer everything is fine,.
BTW- You will need a tune once you put the headers on.

Im feeling alot better about fitting in these oem cats now as im almost certain the collectors will end up beside the oil filter and not down in the tunnel. The exhaust shop will need to do some cutting and welding but is what it is at this point. I want the oem cats for their quieting abilities since we just this week started db testing vehicles (i ordered these before i knew this was taking effect)
and i may add in a couple resonators before the xpipe and hopefully i can keep under the 101.3dbs at 3700rpm in neutral with corsa extremes.
