This is also great advice on an aging car. I replaced the radiator, ac condenser, water pump, t-stat, and hoses in addition to belts/pulleys/tensioners when I did the harmonic balancer on mine.

If the balancer is wobbling, definitely get that fixed as soon as possible. Next I would do the differential upgrade - it will be a major improvement over the 2.73 gears in there now. A good catback exhaust will give you a better sound from the car. If you want to go further, then consider the other options like cam, headers, etc.
