What the ads say about ceramic tint. Had mine done Tuesday and took the car out for a drive yesterday. 93 degrees out and even with the sun on the drivers side the reduction in heat was very noticeable.........I give it a thumbs up.

It Expel tint. I found a shop locally that only deals with expel. There are three levels, light, medium and dark with dark being the illegal one. I chose the mid level that blocks out 88% of the heat yet still can see clearly through it. I had regular tint on my C6 & 7 that wasn't even close to this for heat rejection......I also did the sun strip across top of windshield.

Thanks for the feedback. Keeping the car cooler inside sure makes any drives that much more pleasant.

Thanks - my local shop quoted $850 for the windows and full front windshield, but they use the top tier Lumar, or so they say!

Have not done the Vette yet. I have done my greenhouse Jeep Grand Cherokee in Xpel Prime XR Plus Nano Ceramic with 5 on all glass except front door glass which got 15. The heat reduction was immediately apparent as soon as I left the shop. 3 months later in the Florida sun and I am still very impressed with the heat rejection. I would have done the Vette already however I blew the money for the tint getting the A/C fixed..

Seems kind of steep even with the front windshield. The shop I used was exclusive Expel, had trained techs with certificates, an air conditioned install area and a waiting room with free coffee, beverages and snacks..A very clean enviroment

Yes it is! When the smoke settled mine was $3600, though I did have them install a starter I had as well. A BIG pile however I have to say worth it during this heat wave Florida seems to be in.
