Default Insurance for agreed amount

Any recommendations for agreed value insurance companies? NADA has our C5 Z06's valued at @ $12K. Id hate to have someone hit me and get totaled out for such a low value.

I have used National Corvette Museum (NCM) for my Vette insurance, they have exactly what you are looking for! Collector & Classic Car Insurance | NCM Insurance

I have American Modern with an agreed amount. Been happy with them so far. The more you insure it for the more the insurance will cost as you probably already know.

I agree - check with the National Corvette Museum Insurance. Just be aware there are restrictions on how you use the car, mileage, and storage location.

I have agreed value on my 2000vert for 19K with hagerty. No mileage limits but I don't drive it that much anyway. Costs $54.00 a month

Agree - NCM is the way to go They will ask for pictures, storage location etc. I have an agreed value on my low mile C5Z, it's great.

My broker has my 2002 C5 convertible with Select Insurance. The agreed value was no problem. I raised it this year to $20K. I think the premium is less than $25 a month with mileage limit. Keep in mind Indiana has pretty decent insurance rates all around. Ken

I have an agreed upon price with State Farm, I didn't know they did that until I asked my agent. I have it on my 86 C10 and my 04 vette, both with agreed upon values of $30,000.00 and I pay around $400.00 per year with no mileage limitations.

Ouch! I have agreed value with Hagerty for $20k and pay $350 a year...

Several years ago a buddy of mine lost his '63 Impala show car in a garage fire. He had regular insurance with State Farm.
Their first offer was $3k! After a lot of back & forth he ended up getting $15k.....maybe half of what it was worth.
Lesson learned...

A year ago my 02 vert was flooded in a hurricane. The Hartford, working with Copart gave me $26k when they totaled it and towed it away with 60k miles on it. I don't think I could have sold it for that much. For me that was better than an agreed to value I considered. Just sayin,,,,,,,,,

I think I was used a number of companies, currently with American collectors for agreed value $27.675 on my 2003 50th anniversary convertible for 628.00 a year.

I have three of my vehicles insured with Hagerty. I used to have NCM insurance on them. Hagerty has an option that is kind of neat, it lets you keep your car if it gets totaled. That way, you can yank all the $$$ parts off it to use or sell.
I have State Farm on my daily drivers though I'm thinking about getting agreed value on my black 99 as I'm sure it's worth more than what State Farm would give me for it if I totaled it.
