Just need a satin black trim paint, Most auto parts places have it.
Pull the arrn lightly sand and spray.

Remove the arms and remove the blade assembly. Lightly sand, smooth and then paint with an automotive, satin black finish spray paint. Maybe even spray a light coat of clear or two. Might as well install new blades/arms as well.
Mine aren't beat up, but I just installed a newly finished windshield cowl so I want to give me wiper arms a nice touch up spray as well.

Black Epoxy paint is what I used. Works great. Dries to a nice satin finish and looks clean. Lays down easy.

I would lightly sand to feather out the chips, and then paint with SEM trim black spray paint. It should provide an OEM look.

Refills used to be everyplace but they seem to have vanished everyplace these days.
