rattled ride
I just finished installing a Trunnion upgrade on my '04 corvette along with new Bilstiens all around and a Borla exhaust, name dropper! It has been sitting for 7 months while we migrated to the North, crazy Snowbirds. Upon returning to the south and getting the car up and running and taking it out for it's first ride " speaking of ride", it wasn't what i wanted. The ride was 4x4 ish and i could feel every irregularity in the road. We don't have the best roads hear in Az. but the car was full of rattles when going over the seemingly small bumps. I have had the car for 10 yrs, and know it is not a Cadillac. Yes, i do have run-flat tires. I wonder if someone would have any ideas as to what the problem might be. I hate rattles! Sounds like you put on more firm shocks hence more firm ride.
Rattles sound like the exhaust is hitting something and may need adjusted.
Borla exhaust name dropping can be tight over the axle if off abut they will hit on the flanges and rattle.

Good luck getting the source of the rattles identified and eliminated.
