Default Post rear coilover tire size

I know the question has probably been asked 100,000 times before but, I’m wondering what is the largest tire you can put on the rear of a C5 after replacing the rear spring with coil lovers. I will be widening my factory rims….
Is a 325/35/18 possible?
I should mention with using the Factory quarter panels also as I do not dig the monster mudder flares at all…
I’d appreciate any constructive input.

IIRC, the coilover is not the issue. It will be the inner fender vertical surface that will be the limitation. This is where "tubbing" the car will come into play.

I'm on the search for a mini-tub kit. No one seems to make them anymore.

I know there is a DIY post on here, but I'm not that confident in fiberglass work.

Judging by your signature pic you also had huge fender flares. So that makes sense, you added all the width to the outside. Not what OP is wanting to do.

A 325 tire on a stock fender C5 will be difficult. You only have so much room and the factory decided on a 275 tire for the rear.
Bigger fenders or tub, both will cost money.

I had 305s on wagon wheels that fit well. I don't know if a 315+ will fit.

315's fit fine with the right offset. I do not have coilovers

315x35/19R and 245x30/18F both +56mm offset-flush to the top fender/arch line
