Rear compartment covers
Am going to be looking for some rear covers for 02 Z, some sites say they are the same for all models, some say the are model specific.
Can anyone help clarify this up please,
and maybe a place to find some used ones, center one is fine, just thinking of adding a sub in there.
will post what am looking for in parts fs.. but need to know what fits

I know my vert has 3 covers but the side ones use those small clips to hold them down. The Z doesn't have those clips even though your 2 cubby holes are located in the same place. Short story long you may find the center cover but not the sides...

Seems a set could be made out of whatever preferred material such that there is a top which is secured by a 1/2" lower section which rests within the upper edges of the cubby. Then glue carpeting to the upper cover and sides and you have a nice cap which won't go walking.
Of course, if it is a Z or FRC you can make your own cabin separator too and be less concerned about what's in the trunk moving around at all.

I m hearing from 1 or 2 folks that the Z, coupe and vert center cover are all different, I know the corner ones are, but not so sure of the center one. Hopefully someone can verify.

It absolutely has to be cheaper to fab your own. Just need a good adhesive and you can make/set your own mount styles to the fiberglas underneath if you choose.
Though two to four velcro tabs will absolutely do the job too.

Thanks Mr Tusc.. I may end up making my own covers. don t feel like paying $230 for a center cover, + what ever the small ones are..
