Started looking for drag radials, no sense in burning up the street tires at the track. Looks like no one has 18's available yet. So looks like I need smaller wheels for the rear. What are the options? These wheel and tire sizes make me :banghead:
The nitoos look terible in 18 and I believe that many people will agree with me..... I myself put an order for the nitto's in 17 and Im changing the rear rims...

Personally I could care less what they look like if all I use them for is drag racing....put them on the car, go to the track, come home, swap them back out....
I bought (2) 17" Wagon Wheels ($30 each) and (2) 275/40/17 BFG DR's and after all was said and done the whole setup cost under $400. Would I like to have Chrome Z06 Rims instead of the Wagon Wheels?....of course, but at $30 each I won't lose any sleep over it...
if your looking for a STREET/STRIP tire,...get the Nitto's,...but if you want a tire,..and your going to be useing it only at the track, I would get the BFG drag radials, they hook MUCH better. The nitto's are more street friendly, as the BFG's are better on the track, just don't get caught in the rain with them
