I have read that all '04s Corvettes came with LS6 heads....wondering if this is correct. And no I have not taken the time to pull a valve cover off to check the head part number on my '04....thought I would ask first.
Since I read about the LS6 heads being on all '04s on the Internet....it has to be true.....LOL!!!
I did not know I could see the last three casting numbers without removing anything. Took a look-see and gee....... 241.....I am shocked!!!.....
I knew about the intake being the LS6 one. Would sure have been a $$$ saver if the heads were the 243s towards my project of pumping-up to LS6 horsepower.....oh well.....
Many thanks for the correct info.

I wish these were available in spring 2023 when I did my head/cam/header swap. LS6 style heads (64cc), CNC ported, all new casting, all new valves, guides, seals, springs, retainers... Made in the USA: https://www.texas-speed.com/p-18424-...retainers.aspx

Thats very reasonable price considering all the features. Any other comparable aftermarket heads would be $1,000 more.
