Does Corsa drone in automatics?
Good afternoon! I’m shopping around for exhausts and am heavily considering the Corsa Xtreme but I noticed that there’s a disclaimer stating that the exhaust was designed for six speeds and there was not a no drone guarantee for the automatic.
Anyone run the Xtreme’s into their automatic? Was there drone at cruising? My car is straight piped (I made mistakes) and the drone is BRUTAL, especially when cruising from the range of 2-2.5k rpms. Curious if the Corsa will drone in an automatic and if anybody had experience to share.

I did not have the Corsa Xtreme exhaust, but did have the Corsa Indy Pace Car system on my '03 automatic. No drone at all.

If it does, figure out the rpm range and size up a J-hook pipe to add to either side of your exhaust to cancel out the waves. The only way they guarantee it in a stick is that you can downshift out of it.

I have the Corsa Extreme on my '04 Coupe with auto transmission. For reference, I also have a full Kooks system with 1 3/4" headers and their green cats. This is a fbo n/a build making slightly north of 400 rwhp. There is no noticeable drone at cruising speed. However, cold starts and at wot, it's loud.
