Default Front screens

hello.. 02 Z, I have the screens in the front and in the brake duct intakes, or say I had.. I lost one last year and replaced it
and after being out a few different times lately, i saw both where gone, there is no chance they could fall out, I m believing that someone borrowed them, wouldn t take much to get them out if they knew.. don t think they could fall out.
anyways, new ones coming, is there a better way to secure them in there ? Am thinking of dbl sided tape to help hold them in place. Open for options and opinions..
TIA

When I had my C5 coupes, I installed the Z06 screens in the fog light opening and just used Velcro to secure them in. Sure someone could get them out if they really wanted to, but never had that problem. IIRC, the factory screens installed with screws so someone really wanted to have them if they stole them.

I used Velcro because I wanted to be able to clean the area behind the screens. Worked well for me.

I installed my Z06 style fog light screens by removing the front bumper completely and then bolting them on (overkill I know but no chance of theft). Plenty of videos on YouTube about bumper removal. I'm absolutely sure you could do the same for the brake ducts.

thanks.
the front cover is easy to remove, have done it more than once..
is a Z so the bumper has the tabs to screw the center screens in place.
there is no provision for the duct screens. will do iike others have suggested, little silicone and / or 2 sided tape.
