Tpms..
I am getting a low air pressure reading on my dash saying LR tire is low. I have checked all four tires and they are all up to proper air pressure. I checked the pressure with a tire gauge before I drove it today. I reprogrammed them last year with the same issue with a magnet. Is that sensor bad or should I just replace all four?

Sounds like the sender needs to be replaced. How old are they. I typically get about 8 to ten years out of them and I never just replace one, I do them all.

When I bought the '04 10 years ago it had the orignal run flats on. I just replaced all the sensors at 21 years old and still working, when I put new tires on a second time. Not bad life for the sensors.

If you have had the car for 7 years and not replaced the TPS, that is a pretty good run, especially if you do not know if they have ever been replaced. My recommendation would be to replace them all and then you know what their status is.

Thanks for all that responded. I was thinking it was a bad sensor and you guys have pretty much confirmed that. I will replace them all. I heard they only last about 8-10 years so me not knowing actually how old they are I got a pretty good run. Thanks to all again.

I bought my 03 Convertble 3 years ago, and it had been one of the most seldom used cars I have ever seen, it 10.02 miles and that it had sat in the first owners garage only 12 miles from where it had been bought brand new. But the tires were the original Goodyear run-flats and they were so hard, it was almost punishment to get it the 75 miles home, but I bought a front and rear set of General G-max RS and they have been great and super quiet, but handle fantastic as there are 'summer' tires and when I took them to the tire shop, I bought a full set of The TPSM hope thi si helpful :
