Default Road Trip Pics

Did a round trip from Seattle > Tahoe > Seattle. So much storage that I didn't even have to pack carefully.

It just occurred to me that the C5 is still underrated as a roadtrip car. The amount of storage is amazing.

You are correct, awesome road trip car, or track car. I’m leaving for Road America, WI, next Saturday. I’ll be on track on Sunday May5th. And I get to drive the car back home. It will be an awesome 2 day drive, plus with my 10 year old son. He loves cars. But he can’t be on track with me. His Uncle will be watching him at Road America when I’m out there.

That was one thing I really liked about the C5s that I had - an awesome amount of storage capacity (I had three coupes).

We've driven Bellingham (to those non native; 1hour 1/2 north os Seattle) to Reno/Tahoe 5x by ourselves and 2x with other Corvette owners. It's 12 hr drive for us
We do Hot August Nights in Reno
The best part of the trip is Hwy 89; Shasta to Susanville. Lots of tall trees, wonderful smells and winding roads great for driving top down
