C5 of Year Finalist (appearance mods) 2019

Default New wheels arrived

UPS delivered my new BC Forged TD03's, today. From order to delivery was right at five weeks. Finish is Brushed Gray. Fronts are 18x9.5, with +50 offset, and rears are 19x11, with +65. As for tires, I'm going with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2's in 265/35/18 and 325/30/19's. Just need my Discount Tire dealer to get the tires mounted up and the first stage of the car's upgrades will be done.

Top notch wheel with a great straightforward look. The sizes selected are a very effective street driving upgrade.
I'd be really interested to see the mounted set on the car

Clean and mean! How does the pad and spoke clearance look on those? You think they might clear big brake calipers?

Too bad the valve stem wasn't in the barrel instead of the face

It looks like the spokes have even more clearance than my SP500's, Dan, so I'm pretty sure a Wilwood set-up like yours will fit.

Nice, reminds me of the Fikse FM5's.
Will fit under stock body with no poke?

The Fikse comparison is a good one. They are kinda similar. As for poke, if there is any, it will be very minimal.
This Z06 has Forgelines with the same offset and 325/30/19 Michelins. This is the fit I'm looking for.

Rather than poke , I’d be worried that 65 is too much offset for those 11” rears.

Lots of people have run 19x11's with 65 offset. It's nothing new. Backspacing is right at 8.60" and max on a C5 is roughly 8.75".
C6Z and Grand Sport 19x12's have 8.82" and they don't require spacers, most of the time.

Nobody knows wheel fitment on these cars like USAZR1! I've been schooled a few times.

Would be cleaner if the valve stem could’ve been hidden behind spike maybe? Nice wheels though.

That brushed grey is going to look great on that blue. Nice choice.
